Account Manager

Qualification
Required
Strong customer relationship management and client communication skills
Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Organizational and time-management skills to manage service schedules and priorities
Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities to handle customer concerns effectively
Team collaboration and coordination skills
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel locally as required
Preferred
Experience with account management and customer service is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
