Oversees the resolution of complex technology issues, ensuring solutions are timely, cost-effective, and compliant with governance, security, and compliance standards
Presents technology strategies, project updates, and outcomes to executive leadership, advocating for resources and advancements needed for success
Evaluates and improves operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk, implementing best practices across technology functions
Manages and optimizes departmental budgets, ensuring resources align with business priorities and support scalable growth
Leads cross-functional teams in designing and executing both short- and long-term technology strategies that foster innovation and business transformation
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 10+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management role having significant business impact
Provides strategic direction for technology teams, guiding the development, deployment, and support of solutions that enhance performance and align with organizational goals
Collaborates with senior leadership to prioritize high-impact technology initiatives, assessing organizational needs to drive key projects
Oversees the resolution of complex technology issues, ensuring solutions are timely, cost-effective, and compliant with governance, security, and compliance standards
Presents technology strategies, project updates, and outcomes to executive leadership, advocating for resources and advancements needed for success
Evaluates and improves operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk, implementing best practices across technology functions

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science or a related field
