Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements
Prepare accurate moving quotes and follow up to close sales
Educate customers on services, pricing, and policies
Maintain CRM records of all interactions and pipeline activity
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth move planning
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Previous sales or customer service experience required (moving/transportation industry preferred, but not required)
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
