Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update product information in our global database systems
Process inventory data, SKU updates, and pricing information with precision
Maintain and validate supplier and vendor information
Perform regular data quality checks and clean-up procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
Generate and distribute standardized reports as scheduled
Assist in the migration and organization of historical data archives
Follow established data governance protocols and security standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and database software
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Preferred
Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries
Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance processes
Basic understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong time management and meeting deadline capabilities
