Administrative Assistant

Burns Realty & Investments is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in South Boston. They are looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to help keep their office running smoothly and support the team in providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinate showing requests, open houses, and scheduling
Participate in and take responsibility for showings
Answer phones, manage emails, and greet clients warmly
Assist with MLS postings, listing paperwork, and marketing materials
Maintain office supplies, files, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Provide day-to-day support to the broker/owner and other staff
Jump in wherever needed โ€” we all wear multiple hats and value flexibility. No task is beneath any one person we all pitch in

Required

Strong organizational and communication skills

MLS experience is a plus
