Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment coordination — from posting jobs to scheduling interviews
Source and engage candidates across multiple platforms
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS
Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of recruitment or coordination experience (construction or high-volume environments a big plus!)
Strong organizational and scheduling skills — thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic setting
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Detail-oriented with great follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms
