Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Thistle's business objectives and brand values
Optimize marketing spend across channels to drive efficient, high-value customer acquisition. Take a hands-on role in allocating and managing spend, continuously improving efficiency through automation, analysis, modeling, and experimentation
Deploy A/B experiments and causal inference methods to measure the efficacy of new and existing ad channels. Interpret data collected internally and via third-party platforms through a critical lens, leveraging insights to deliver long-run business value
Clearly communicate insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders, facilitating a shared understanding of performance while surfacing actionable, data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with senior leadership to determine appropriate key metrics, performance goals, and budgets. Allocate long-run marketing spend by appropriately forecasting the impact of seasonality, geographic expansion, and other business factors
Partner with our marketing team to optimize Thistle’s promotional calendar. Collaboratively design and evaluate key sales levers, including promotional duration, frequency, and offer structure
Act as a thought leader within the organization, staying ahead of industry trends and growth marketing innovations
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing and overseeing growth marketing strategies
Proven ability to optimize marketing spend across various channels
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods
Strong analytical skills to interpret data from internal and third-party platforms
Excellent communication skills to convey insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
Experience in collaborating with senior leadership to set key metrics and performance goals
Ability to forecast marketing spend impacts based on seasonality and geographic expansion
Experience in partnering with marketing teams to optimize promotional calendars
Thought leadership in growth marketing and awareness of industry trends
