Responsibilities
Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical and quartz watches with precision and care
Diagnose issues and execute detailed repairs on movements and cases, ensuring every piece meets strict quality benchmarks
Disassemble and reassemble watch components using expert craftsmanship
Perform quality control testing to verify accuracy, functionality, and finish
Maintain an organized, professional, and safe workspace
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members regarding service details and timelines
Continue learning—stay current on emerging watch technologies, tools, and industry innovations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years as a professional Watchmaker or Watch Polisher
CW21 or comparable proof of technical mastery
Proven ability to service a variety of luxury brands and movements (e.g., ETA 7750 and similar calibers)
Exceptional attention to detail, steady hand, and pride in craftsmanship
Independent, dependable, and dedicated to upholding company and brand standards
Strong communication and organizational skills; poised in client interactions
Successful completion of an on-site bench test and personality assessment required for final selection
