Responsibilities
Completes Check-ins and Annual Performance Evaluations of assigned caregivers (MAs, OAs)
Provides on-site support and direction for daily problem-solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns
Monitors and coaches front desk caregivers (OAs) to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to registration, phone management, scheduling, and copay collection activities
Conducts daily charge and cash reconciliations in accordance with established policies and procedures
Ensures that supply levels are maintained to support the activities of the clinic
Monitors and coach’s non-provider caregivers to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to rooming patients, data collection, documentation, and all other assigned activities in support of high-quality patient care
Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
2 years of office practice experience required
Preferred
Associates Degree preferred
supervisory experience preferred
Workflow management experience and process improvement experience highly preferred
Operational leadership experience preferred
