Responsibilities
Prepares and processes customer and vendor quotes
Ensures that each quote is processed promptly and accurately
Addresses customer questions, comments, and concerns
Works with other departments to ensure that project requests are fulfilled and given to the customer for approval
Communicates with team members and customers on inventory levels and shipment arrival estimates
Assists customers and/or vendors in problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great customer service
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Intermediate level skills in Excel (i.e. pivot table and VLookups)
Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks
