Responsibilities

Create, evolve, and maintain a cohesive design system for digital products and platforms

Develop UI kits, components, guidelines, and documentation for designers and engineers

Transform design system vision into product strategy and execution roadmap

Gather, prioritize, and document platform requirements; manage interdependencies and facilitate trade-off discussions

Ensure designs are specified with detailed interaction behaviour, aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility specs

Incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines to serve a diverse user base

Partner with marketing, design, and engineering teams to optimize workflows and deliver seamless experiences

Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to elevate AEM expertise

Operate with an iterative design mindset, leveraging user feedback and data insights

Analyse market trends and conduct research to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences
