This attorney will be primarily responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents, including merger and acquisition documents and customer agreements, while thriving in a team-oriented culture.

Preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including merger and acquisition documents, customer agreements, vendor agreements, and leading diligence teams

Required

5+ years of experience as an attorney
Preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents
Experience with merger and acquisition documents
Experience with customer agreements
Experience with vendor agreements

Ability to thrive in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
