Personal Assistant
GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant with experience in secure document processing and mailing operations. The role involves printing confidential documents, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate delivery through USPS while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.

Responsibilities
Print confidential documents using secure hologram check paper
Utilize MICR ink for check printing and financial documents
Verify print quality and document accuracy before processing
Maintain strict confidentiality of all printed material
Affix shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment
Properly package documents to ensure security during transit
Drop off packages at the nearest USPS office daily
Obtain and track shipping confirmations and delivery receipts
Maintain detailed logs of all printed and shipped documents
Submit daily reports on processing activities and shipments
Track inventory of printing supplies and security paper
Document any issues or delays in the processing workflow
Qualification
Required
Access to all required equipment (printer, MICR ink, hologram check paper)
Reliable transportation to USPS office for daily drop-offs
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with document printing and processing
Familiarity with shipping procedures and USPS requirements
Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication
Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
