Supports global laboratories with ongoing projects related to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), in particular Thermo SampleManager
Interprets laboratory test methods for the calculations and formulas needed to generate results
Compiles custom calculation fields in LIMS (SampleManager) which are needed to calculate laboratory results in the system
Chromatographic Data Systems (CDS, such as Empower) are a secondary goal for this resource
Drafts documents which will serve as guidelines for the laboratory to use calculations and report results
Follows calculation validation processes related to laboratory quality applications
Reports to Quality Systems support team
Qualification
Required
Supports global laboratories with ongoing projects related to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), in particular Thermo SampleManager

Preferred
Laboratory analyst with chromatography experience, preferably SampleManager LIMS
Lab administration, supporting quality systems used by the laboratory
Understanding of CDS such as Empower or Chromeleon
Scientific background with experience following analytical test methods
Multi-site or multi-stakeholder project work supporting laboratory quality systems
