Qualification
Required
Two+ years of patent prosecution experience

Ability to direct or participate in disclosure meetings with clients
Spearhead drafting patent applications
Interface with clients directly to incorporate client feedback
Take the lead in Examiner interviews
Draft responses and appeal briefs
Deliver oral arguments at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)
Preferred
Electrical engineering degree
Computer science degree
Other technical degrees including mechanical engineering, physics, and software
