Responsibilities

Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvements, gathering detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders to support strategic training initiatives

Design and recommend optimized workflows, process enhancements, and system modifications that boost training effectiveness, usability, and operational efficiency

Collaborate with developers and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, supporting solution design, development, testing, and implementation

Develop and execute quality assurance plans, validating system changes for functionality, security, and data integrity throughout and after implementation

Prepare clear system documentation and user manuals, and deliver training to ensure effective adoption and maximized training outcomes for end users and staff

Facilitate ongoing system improvements by gathering user feedback, recommending enhancements and best practices, and ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business training goals
