Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and document molding processes for new and existing products

Troubleshoot production issues to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle times

Lead process validations and capability studies to ensure compliance with standards

Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and design teams on mold design and improvements

Support new product launches by establishing robust molding processes

Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives

Train operators and technicians on proper process and quality procedures
