The Contracts Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies.

Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up unto contract termination

Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively

Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws

Financial: To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment
