Responsibilities

Support the full change order process, including drafting, quality review, submission in ServiceNow, stakeholder coordination, and document repository management
Prepare and support contract amendments and statements of work, ensuring proper financial and scope documentation
Develop and review technical estimates and level-of-effort (LOE) files; coordinate approvals with project and technical leads
Support invoicing process from document preparation to ServiceNow submission, maintaining status trackers and facilitating timely processing
Prepare compliance decks, financial dashboards, and resource activity trackers for client review and presentations
Provide process improvement leadership, maintain documentation templates, and deliver training as needed to Deloitte team member

Required

Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
1+ years of experience in project coordination, contract administration, or financial operations in a consulting or government contracting setting
Proven track record managing change order and invoicing workflows for large-scale contracts
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
