Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and validate provider/producer data against credentialing requirements
Process agent onboarding contracts and verify insurance licenses/appointments
Maintain accurate records across credentialing databases and systems
Work directly with agents to ensure records are complete and compliant
Research and resolve data integrity issues using multiple systems and websites
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of customer service experience (insurance knowledge a plus)
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and research skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and internet tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
