They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for development and production support projects in the Retail insurance business, ensuring successful delivery and implementation while managing project risks and team performance.

Responsibilities

Create and obtain internal/client approvals for SOWs (Statements of Work) in response to client billable Work Order requests within established SLAs

Own the change management to scope

Lead and review estimation activities considering organizational/unit Quality & Productivity goals

Arrange plans for different resources and liaise with required groups. Ensure accurate allocation of project team members

Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, and manage changes

Create a risk management plan identifying risks and execute mitigation steps

Assign work, track project scope, review and control all phases to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery

Guide senior team members to train/mentor juniors for competency development without impacting project schedule and budget. Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines

Ensure timely and accurate billing, project budgeting updates, and provide revenue best estimates (BE) to management

Experience in life insurance/annuity projects must

Experience managing large transformation projects on fixed-price contracts
