Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of creative production, project management, and operations
Manage production milestones(including artist rehearsal schedules), album, and project budgets
Monitor and implement improvements to enhance production process efficiency
Facilitate communication and coordination with related teams, external vendors, and partners, including contract execution and management
Provide on-site support for various production activities
Handle creative execution and operational tasks for new projects such as festivals, award shows, artist collaborations, OSTs, and more
Manage logistics for business trips
Provide additional support for streamlining operations (e.g., risk management, data management and archiving, e-accounting assistance)
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in the music or entertainment industry
Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge or practical experience in artist development, creative production, music label systems and workflows
Preferred
Experience in project management in the music industry
Ability to work with several levels of an organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation
