Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
Preferred
Previous internship or work experience in construction or a related field
Familiarity with construction software and tools
Leadership experience in school or community organizations
