Responsibilities

Drive curriculum design, create innovative new solutions and manage existing assets to ensure continuous learning and development of Deloitte professionals

Collaborate with talent development and business leadership, stakeholders and peers to lead and successfully implement Growth & Development strategies and programs that align with business goals

Lead diverse project teams, including Development Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery Managers, vendors, and India-based instructional designers and technical teams, to deliver impactful curriculum, programs, and processes

Align project teams and stakeholders to deploy highly effective and innovative learning solutions, such as digitized content, personalized learning paths, and development in the flow of work

Provide functional expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex challenges, ensuring seamless learning experiences

Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes
