Responsibilities
Establish and scale quality engineering practices across multiple products
Transition QA from manual-heavy to automation-first approach
Define testing standards for UI, API, data, and AI models
Lead cross-functional QA teams across Agile release trains
Work closely with Product, Architecture, and DevOps teams
Drive risk-based testing and release readiness decisions
Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines
Track quality KPIs: defect leakage, automation coverage, cycle time
Manage UAT coordination and production quality governance
Coach teams on quality mindset and best practices
Qualification
Required
12+ years in Software Quality / Testing / QE
Strong background in Manual Testing & Test Strategy
Practical knowledge of test automation concepts
Experience with API testing & backend validation
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
Experience managing QA teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven applications
Exposure to cloud-native applications
Performance and security testing awareness
CSPO / SAFe / ISTQB certifications
Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or platforms
