Responsibilities

Act as the go-to person for operational questions and issues

Lead, coach, and develop operational staff and maintain a positive environment

Responsible for onboarding, regular feedback, disciplinary, and performance reviews

Task management- assign, set-up, support, check in, ensure documentation, etc

Use data to anticipate issues and make adjustments (schedule, shift man power, etc.)

Support road crews with daily deployment, adjustments, and issue resolution

Improve and create systems, policies, and workflows continuously

Anticipate hiring needs-Conduct first-round interviews for operational roles

Manage supplies and purchasing

Use Excel confidently (creating and operating spreadsheets)

Maintain organized, professional email communication

Create presentations and professional documents

Maintain centralized digital files and documentation
