Responsibilities
Work on real-time, production-grade voice AI - no wrappers, no demos, no borrowed infra
Build agents that can negotiate, verify, and close - live on calls
Fine-tune LLMs, ASR, and TTS for high-pressure, noisy environments
Own everything from model design to low-latency inference infra
Turn chaotic phone calls into fully automated workflows
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience building AI agents (ideally voice-based) in production
Strong background in LLMs, ASR, and TTS (including fine-tuning models)
Experience with low-latency model deployment and real-time inference
Exposure to infra-level design, orchestration, and pipelines
High agency and startup mindset
1++ years of experience
