BMW Client Advisor

They are seeking a high-energy Client Advisor who will use a consultative approach to assist customers in selecting vehicles, while also becoming an expert on BMW's products and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Consult & Connect: Use a consultative approach to help customers select the perfect vehicle by truly listening to their needs
Master the Product: Become an expert on BMW’s latest technology and performance specs to provide "attractive and informative" presentations
Build a Legacy: Nurture long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifelong clients and referral sources
Collaborate: Work directly with the Sales Manager to set goals, analyze activities, and hit (or exceed!) sales quotas
Qualification
Required
Previous automotive sales experience and a proven track record of success
Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and phenomenal communication skills
Self-Starter mentality and bring your A-Game and a positive attitude every day
Ready to learn new products quickly and available to work flexible hours, including weekends
Hold a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
