Create and maintain a safe working environment and safety-first culture
Ensure proper care and maintenance of company tools, equipment, and property

Work under direct supervision but must be capable of operating independently when required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card
Clean driving record required
0 to 2 years of technical field experience; 1 year preferred
Approximately 10% overnight travel required
Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, or fusion systems
Technically sound and capable of troubleshooting with minimal guidance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smart mobile devices
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to synthesize technical information and clearly communicate solutions to customers and internal teams
Able to apply insights gained from customer interactions to solve problems in creative and effective ways
