Responsibilities

Own the overarching toll gate process and oversee implementation engineer progress

Own all program onboarding timelines, implementations, and due dates

Align cross-functional gaps across the organization with support from SMEs

Deliver executive-level summaries and risk reports in partnership with the implementation team

Assist departmental leadership with complex solution design for client onboarding

Required

Strong analytical skills including data extraction, organization, interpretation, and executive‑level presentation

Preferred

Project management experience in Data Centers, Microsoft Storage, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory

Financial industry experience
