Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating standard and special devices
Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed
Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
Responsible for testing all customer samples and special tests not performed in the test area

Required
Mechanical Testing & Verification Expertise
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation
Materials and Process Knowledge
BSME minimum
8 years' experience
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools
Experience with automation or programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW)
Familiarity with CAD design for test fixture development
Prior exposure to *** products or medical device testing
Certifications in quality systems or testing standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ)
