Qualification
Required
Leadership and team management skills with experience in overseeing and coordinating teams
Community engagement, program planning, and event organization expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster partnerships and collaborations
Understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized groups and a commitment to promoting inclusivity
Preferred
Experience in working with veterans, LGBTQ+ communities, or social services organizations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and software is beneficial
