Responsibilities
Meeting with clients to understand their vision and preferences to meet the goals for the hardscape elements of their home
Designing the project to meet the customer's needs & budget
Pricing the project, presenting it to the homeowner & finalizing the sale
Interfacing with sales & projects managers as well as office administration
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the hardscape industry
Qualification
Required
Landscape construction and/or architecture degree, and/or 3-5 year's experience with sales, site work, and grading, concrete or natural stone paving, walls, and steps
Must be well organized and a good communicator
Familiar with customer relationship management software or willingness to learn
Familiar with design software e.g. CAD, 3D design software etc
Must be detailed and highly motivated
