Identify opportunities to apply machine learning to RCM workflows
Design, develop, and deploy ML-based production services
Adhere to and advocate for best practices in model development and engineering
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models and code
Contribute to the development of internal tools and team standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience building, evaluating, and deploying ML models
Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in SQL and Unix environments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience with deep learning and neural network architectures
Familiarity with training and fine-tuning LLMs or generative AI models
Exposure to NLP or computer vision
Experience with AWS and tools such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, or EKS
