Responsibilities

Disassembles, assembles, and adjusts tools and programs

Measures, inspects, and evaluations parts according to detailed specifications; makes necessary adjustments

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts

Monitors machine performance, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs routine maintenance

Troubleshoots, reports, and resolves machine malfunctions efficiently

Maintains accurate documentation of production and quality checks

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

4+ years of hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC advance machinery in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and programming codes (GIBBS and Mastercam)

Strong understanding of cutting tools, machine setup, calibration, and inspection equipment

Ability to work independently with tight tolerances (.001 or less)

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

Good reading, writing, math skills, and fluent in English

Physical ability to lift up to 20 pound, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with safety gear

Commitment to safety and quality standards

This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
