Responsibilities
Assess current Tableau Online data workflows and identify bottlenecks
Design and implement automated data pipelines (up to 40+ SharePoint and other sources)
Configure daily refresh schedules, validation, and monitoring in Tableau Online
Integrate diverse data sources (SharePoint, Oracle Service Cloud, PeopleSoft, Salesforce CRM, Qualtrics, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal Client/BI teams
Ensure solutions follow data governance, security, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Online
Hands-on experience with data integration, APIs, Python, Power Automate, and PowerShell
Solid understanding of automation, scheduling, and error handling in BI environments
Experience working with cloud services, SQL, and enterprise data systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Preferred
Prior experience in higher education or government data systems
Familiarity with ETL pipelines and advanced automation frameworks
