Independent Sales Representative
Own Door LLC is seeking an Independent Sales Manager to identify, introduce, and secure new clients for their services. This role operates autonomously and is compensated exclusively through ongoing commission for each client brought in.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients for Own Door LLC services
Introduce Own Door LLC to prospective clients through outreach, networking, or referrals
Present and explain Own Door LLC’s service offerings to prospective clients
Facilitate initial discussions and coordinate with internal teams as needed
Assist in moving prospects through the sales process until onboarding is completed
Maintain relationships with referred clients to support long-term engagement
Ensure all representations of Own Door LLC align with company guidelines
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Results-driven mindset with strong follow-through
Comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model
