Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager by owning key early-stage recruitment tasks for assigned roles
Post and manage engaging job descriptions via our Applicant Tracking System
Perform initial CV reviews and shortlist direct applications
Conduct proactive candidate searches, primarily on LinkedIn Recruiter, with guidance from the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager
Conduct early-stage screening interviews via Google Meet and review one-way video interviews
Manage scheduling for multiple interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all candidates receive timely communication and a positive, engaging experience
Help build and nurture a talent pipeline for future roles by conducting market mapping and candidate outreach, guided by the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy, ensuring compliance and clean data for reporting and analytics

Required

Demonstrable, hands-on experience in a dedicated recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
Proven ability to manage high-volume coordination and administrative tasks
Experience in supporting early-stage recruitment processes for standard roles
Experience in candidate sourcing support (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), CV screening, interview coordination and pipeline management
Experience in supporting recruitment of freelance or contractor positions
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, scale-up environment
A proactive, positive attitude toward change
Solutions focussed problem solver with strong attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to candidates and senior stakeholders
Solid working experience managing an Applicant Tracking System to process candidates efficiently
Experience in or understanding of the tech space
Experience using AI tools

Preferred

Experience or a strong understanding of the Apprenticeships landscape
