Responsibilities
Oversee and Maintain Operations for the 2PK Production Data Center
Supervise and coordinate onsite team activities
Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
Monitor productivity and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite issues
Train and mentor team members
Report daily metrics and escalate concerns as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a Production Data Center environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
