This role offers recent graduates or early-career professionals hands-on experience working closely with Process Engineers and Production Managers in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
Assist engineers by running customer prototypes across multiple industries
Support development and improvement of surface treatment processes (surface prep, coating, nitriding, etc.)
Operate and learn advanced equipment including PVD coating machines, polishing equipment, and production lines
Help troubleshoot process and equipment issues
Create and update procedures and work instructions
Participate in problem-solving and preventative action planning with engineering and quality teams
Train production staff on equipment operation as you gain experience
Identify process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
Support testing and characterization activities in the quality lab
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
Basic Excel skills (data entry, basic analysis)
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred
Exposure to SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus, but not required
