Responsibilities
Support SG&A and other COGS budget preparation
Conduct analyses and prepare periodic SG&A and other COGS reports
Assist and support in the daily management of the Company’s cash position as well as short- and long-term forecasting of cash flows
Analyze interest and bank fees, versus periodic budgets
Support all other treasury responsibilities (debt repricing, LC issuance, signatories, bank account management, etc)
Analyze and report weekly inventory weekly target and actual inventory balances
Other responsibilities include overseeing retirement plan requirements, collecting data for insurance policy renewals, managing claims, conducting periodic analyses of Workers’ Compensation reserves, and handling various incidental tasks
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 4 years finance/accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Must have strong system skills to be able to work in various software platforms
Strong analytical skills and must be detail-oriented
Highly organized with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and produce consistently high results
Strong work ethic and self-motivated desire to get things done
Preferred
FP&A experience is preferred
