Responsibilities
Procure and manage Teslin raw materials, packaging supplies, and departmental materials
Perform SAP data entry for materials setup, purchasing, and inventory tracking
Manage raw material and packaging inventory levels
Coordinate railcar movements and work with local railroads
Manage truck logistics for inbound/outbound materials and supplies
Handle empty container management
Provide daily and weekly production updates
Support monthly raw material closing activities
Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipments
Develop and update SOPs related to materials procurement and inventory control
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in materials, inventory, or supply chain roles
Strong experience with SAP (critical requirement)
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions
Strong communication and coordination skills
