GSI Alliance Manager
DealHub.io provides a leading solution to streamline quote-to-revenue processes, and they are seeking an experienced GSI Alliance Manager to lead their partnerships with Global System Integrators. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with top-tier GSIs to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and accelerate mutual growth.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new Global System Integrators to expand DealHub’s strategic ecosystem
Build and maintain executive and operational relationships within key GSIs to drive mutual success
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define joint GTM plans, co-selling motions, and enablement strategies
Drive measurable business growth through partner-sourced and influenced opportunities
Ensure GSIs are fully enabled on DealHub’s platform — including training, certification, and solution alignment
Develop partnership business plans and quarterly reviews with clear goals, KPIs, and performance tracking
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and joint execution
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development within enterprise SaaS or technology companies
MUST: Proven track record of recruiting, managing, and growing partnerships with Global System Integrators (such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Capgemini, etc.)
Strong existing network and relationships within the GSI ecosystem
Demonstrated success in building joint GTM programs that drive measurable business impact
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of enterprise sales and partner co-selling motions
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
