Conduct testing on the manufacturing line or in a lab setting
Compile and analyze test data to drive improvements
Assist in resolving tool/process issues and suggest enhancements
Lead and train others in executing lab or production floor experiments
Plan and execute engineering tests, collaborating across teams
Adhere to environmental, quality, and safety policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma with 10 years of technical experience, or Associate's Degree with 3 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field, no prior experience required
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SQL/JMP
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
