Responsibilities
Support branch personnel with parts, pricing, quotes, and materials so jobs run smoothly
Coordinate shipments to customer sites and manage incoming deliveries
Track inventory, receive shipments, process direct ship orders, and support material needs across departments
Assist walk-in customers with orders, requests, and service needs
Collect and submit service and delivery paperwork to the main office
Prepare and submit purchase requisitions
Work closely with service, operations, and other departments to meet shared goals
Occasionally assist at customer job sites as needed
Take on varied responsibilities as operational needs change
Qualification
Required
Operations & inventory experience: Background in warehouse, distribution, or inventory control
Strong organization skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment
Problem-solving mindset: Use logic and reasoning to identify solutions and keep operations running smoothly
Tech comfort: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and inventory tracking
Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player: Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and customers
Professional attitude: Positive, customer-focused, and reliable
