Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Define technical best practices, standards, and scalable architecture frameworks for SFMC
Architect and optimize Distributed Marketing setups and workflows
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and synchronization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Engineering) to translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide technical oversight, solution guidance, and troubleshooting support during implementation
Review existing configurations and recommend enhancements for performance and scalability
Stay updated on new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture
Strong expertise in Distributed Marketing
Proven experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM (REST/SOAP APIs, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
Solid understanding of marketing data models and personalization concepts
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Developer
Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments
