Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Manage highly cross-functional work packets across multiple teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with global delivery teams spanning India and the US
Drive project timelines, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

12+ years of total IT experience with strong Agile Project Management/Scrum Master expertise
Solid technical background in Oracle and Java technologies
Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects/work packets
Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams (India & US)
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in issue resolution

Preferred

Cisco experience is a strong plus
