This role involves preparing product information, supporting quotation activities, and serving as a key technical resource for both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical point of contact for current and potential customers

Field incoming calls related to pricing, product details, and delivery timelines

Prepare and send product information, spec sheets, and supporting documentation

Assist with estimating and preparing customer quotations

Review drawings and submittals to ensure accuracy and alignment with product capabilities

Conduct sales follow-up and provide ongoing customer support

Troubleshoot product-related questions and help resolve issues that arise

Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions
