Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Experience in conducting Research and gathering data relevant to site and civil construction projects
Knowledge of Project Management and the ability to assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of estimates and project deliverables
Capable of providing Training and support to team members to ensure project success
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Proficiency in drafting software and civil engineering tools, such as AutoCAD or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
