Responsibilities
Assist in implementing an enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program and Data Classification and Labeling program
Reviewing agency use of sensitive data
Identifying and classifying data
Developing rules
Deploying controls
Supporting pilot implementations
Conduct Agency interviews to document/diagram business processes using Visio
DLP rule creation based on business process documentation
DLP rule testing with the aid of agency subject matter experts (SME)
DLP rule implementation into production processes
Conduct interviews with data owners and data stewards to determine types of data to be classified
Perform scanning of enterprise systems to locate and inventory data
Identification of data, with the help of data owners/stewards, to classify and label
Creation of new labels for agency data owners
Setting administrative rules based on agency needs to control who can classify and label data
Demonstrate successful evaluation and implementation planning of Data Classification and Labeling systems
Provide weekly status reporting on the services being provided to the State of Missouri using the ITSD Status Report template
Provide overall project percent complete, items for management attention, action items, project decisions made, risks, out of scope work identified, and track change request items
Report current percent complete for all deliverables and payment milestones
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in Data Loss Prevention implementation and management
5+ years' experience in Data Classification and Labeling
4+ years' experience managing an enterprise Data Classification system
3+ years' experience with GovCloud environments (M365, AWS, GCC, etc.)
3+ years' DLP endpoint, CASB and hybrid Data Classification implementation planning
Conduct Agency interviews to document/diagram business processes using Visio
